This project will deliver a dynamic, updatable dataset to support more informed and streamlined infrastructure planning across the Murray Region Forestry Hub (MRFH).
By providing ongoing, current insights into freight movements and transport challenges, it will help government and industry better understand and respond to supply chain needs—improving efficiency and supporting long-term business viability.
With the MRFH sourcing fibre from multiple National Plantation Inventory (NPI) regions, the project will enable a clearer, more interactive understanding of these supply flows and their associated constraints.
Aligned with the National Freight and Supply Chain Strategy and the NSW Heavy Vehicle Access Policy, this work will deliver practical, evidence-based guidance to strengthen supply chain performance and ensure the Hub’s continued contribution into the future.
